RESEARCH AND EVALUATION
Research and evaluation form an integral part of HECC’s work, whether as a single focus or as part of a larger project. HECC uses multiple research methods, including:
- Focus Groups
- Observations
- Personal Interviews
- Surveys
- Content Analysis
These methods can be used singly or together to develop targeted messages or programs for specific audiences or to test the effectiveness of a communication strategy or program once it has been developed.
